We offer store credit for returns only. Orders are eligible for a return if the items are received back to RUBY BLOOM within 14 days of the customer receiving the product. We do not issue refunds for returns or exchanges. Merchandise must be returned in original condition with original tags still attached. Shipping charges will not be credited for returns. Once we have processed your return you will receive an email with your store credit. Please allow 3 business days to process your return.
