We offer store credit or refunds for returns. Orders are eligible for a return if the items are received back to RUBY BLOOM within 14 days of the customer receiving the product. We can issue refunds or store credit for returns or exchanges. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn and without odors) with original tags still attached. Hats/Headwear and Accessories are final sale and not eligible for returns for sanitary purposes. Shipping charges will not be credited for returns. Once we have processed your return you will receive an email with your store credit. Please allow 5 business days to process your return. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
